Ali Asghar Maanoosi was born in Isfahan on 1931 and after graduation from Abadan Institute of Technology (AIT) in 1954 he started his activity as "shift control" in Abadan Refinery till 1959, then transferred to NIOC Research and Development Organization (at Tehran) & was appointed as head of Crude Oil Evaluation Laboratories & Sponsored for many research projects. Most of the projects were very useful and vital for the country during the war.
Let us say:
1- Since during the war Abadan Refinery was shut down and there was no feed stock (clarified oil) for Ahwaz Carbon black factory, and consequently all rubber factories due to lack of carbon black, were stopped. By simple research project it leads to replace one of the nuisance by-products for clarified oil, consequently a range of factories which were badly in need of carbon black, rescued and started their production.
2- All Refineries around Iran were interested to increase the yield of Kerosene. By a simple amendment to the flash point of Kerosene it´s yield increased to 7%. It means thousands ton of kerosen is injected to the market yearly. 
He was retired from oil industry at 1981 and started cooperation with Sazeh Consultants Engineering Co. in the position of head of process department.
He has Established Ranguin Zereh co. at 1982. At the beginning the products of Ranguin Zereh Co.  were limited to mastics and red oxide anti corrosive primer. Gradually the range of products increased almost to 150 of different grades of industrial, marine, powder & stoving paints. All the products have certificate of quality from
majour laboratories.
